Fleet Shipnet Messaging (FSM) is a secure text-based communication and operational data exchange module that supports Command and Control (C2) and cross-unit coordination. It provides messaging with status tracking (sent–delivered–received) to ensure communication certainty and reporting discipline, and displays own ship and related assets in near real time on a 2D digital map to maintain situational awareness and support maneuver coordination.
